When faced with a problem we want children to be able to figure out the solution. It’s the in-between, the solving portion that can be daunting to children sometimes. Where they begin to doubt themselves and their abilities to succeed.
Today, I’m sharing stories of characters who learn from their mistakes and grow because of them. It’s in those mistakes where we see our children develop resilience and understand grit. Where they can see themselves in these characters and know they are capable of doing hard things, and finding the rewards of trying something new.
