Today I’m reviewing Dolly all the Time the next novel by Annabel Monaghan. So let’s get to it!

Convinced yet?
First, I LOVE Annabel Monaghan’s books. She creates these incredibly memorable characters who women and readers alike can relate to. I must admit, when you get to a certain age, (40+) I think you really take more time to realize what works for you and what isn’t worth your time. And in Dolly all the Time, I completely appreciated how Monaghan wrote Dolly as a woman who knew her own mind, what she wanted and what she didn’t. The best part is she wouldn’t allow her mind to be changed, her deal breakers are impenetrable.
The aspect that sealed the deal for me for this one is the mother and son relationship. It reminded me so much of my own son who is the same age as Dolly’s son. The moments she has with him, the concerns and worries, and the dedication and love just made me feel seen. It’s those chapters of real life written deftly into the pages, that we as readers can make a deeper connection, while savoring the love story.
A romance novel you definitely need in your life, Dolly all the Time, is a bingeably delicious love affair of a book that will be your next big obsession.
